Project: Bathroom Remodeling – Joan’s Home
For this project, MD Golden Builders completed a full bathroom renovation for Joan’s home, transforming a dated, closed-in space into a modern, functional, and visually appealing retreat. The focus was on improving layout, updating materials, and adding long-lasting value with a sleek, high-performance design.
Demolition & Strip-Down – Removed old tile, fixtures, and drywall to prep for a fresh start and uncover any hidden issues.
Plumbing & Waterproofing – Updated plumbing and installed waterproofing systems to ensure durability and prevent future damage.
Tiling & Wall Prep – Installed stylish, modern tile in the shower area and on walls for a clean, fresh look.
New Fixtures & Shower Installation – Added a glass-enclosed shower, rainfall showerhead, and elegant hardware for a luxury finish.
Final Detailing – The space was polished with careful finishing touches to ensure everything aligned perfectly with the client’s vision.
Joan’s bathroom remodel brought new life to a once-outdated space, improving both functionality and aesthetics. With modern materials, efficient layout changes, and expert craftsmanship, the final result is a bathroom that feels like a personal spa—sleek, bright, and built to last.
